We use quality ingredients, with every piece handmade to guarantee unmatched quality.  Our award winning Pastry chef Anita is continually experimenting and obsessed with mastering the art of gluten free pastry and the challenges that come with baking without gluten.

Our promise to our customers is they will not have to settle for bread that resembles the taste of cardboard or grainy textured cookies any longer . Our products are created to be enjoyed by everyone, without having to compromise on flavour and quality.

We offer an increasing range of products including Gluten Free Croissants and pain au Chocolat, Focaccia, Artisan Breads, Savoury Grillers, Muffins, Gateaux, Café Cakes Brownies and more. .

 

How we Work:

We are a dedicated gluten free coeliac safe shop. We offer in store produce Thursday Friday 8-1.30pm and Saturday 8-1pm and we are also online. We offer a click & collect service for orders via our website.

Collection times are Saturdays from 8am to 1pm or from arranged times -instore Thursday- Saturday from our patisserie at shop 10- 111 Queen St Cleveland QLD 4160

Any collection times required outside these hours need to be agreed and arranged with us prior to your purchase.
