Where are Australian Wildflour Pastry Co products made?

All our products are created fresh weekly in our council registered patisserie and store in Cleveland, Queensland.

Are all your products Gluten Free?

ABSOLUTELY Yes! Our kitchen is a exclusively Gluten Free zone and we do not have any ingredients containing gluten or wheat on site.

Do you have any Egg/Dairy/Sugar/Soy Free products?

YESSSS we offer a range of dietary needs in pastries and bakes on-line and instore each week . You can check out our dietary menu’s online and see what suits. You can also see what’s in the cabinet each Wednesday on our social media posts and this also show the dietaries. Most of our products are Soy free however the tarts and the Buttercream on the muffins contain Soy Lecithin as do our vegan pastries so be sure to look at the Allergen statements on each product page before purchasing if you have specific dietary needs.

Do your products contain preservatives or raw egg?

No! We do not use any preservatives in our products.

All our products with eggs are cooked, baked and safe to eat.

How long do your products last?

Each page in our online shop have specific times for each product for them best to be enjoyed by. Shop Now

How do I store my purchases?

When picking up your order please be sure to bring your own cool bags or esky/cool boxes with ice packs. The Queensland heat can affect the quality of the pastries while travelling, especially those travelling a longer distance. They will be packaged in milk board cake boxes for collection. Those requiring refrigeration will be stored in a fridge until time of collection.

Do you do Special Occasions Orders?

Absolutely! We can make our Brownies and Mud cakes as slabs/cakes for birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasion. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can plan our kitchen schedule. These orders need to paid in full to secure your date 2 weeks prior to the pick up time required.

How do I place an Order?

We offer online Click and Collect services for a lot of our products. However we create weekly treats available for order and purchase in store, open Thursday- Saturday.

Can I place a Custom Catering Order?

With our store being extremally busy we are not taking catering orders at this current time.

When can I collect my Order?

Each product has certain order requirements for minimum time needed to fulfil your order. Please read the terms in the product listing or your order may not be ready in the time frame you may want, please contact us if you are uncertain before ordering. Our click and collect dates and times are stated in our Checkout page. If you require and alternative time to collect your order please get in touch with us via our Contact page prior to ordering so we can attempt meet your needs.

Do you Deliver?

Currently we are only a click and collect service and in store service only. For home delivery we offer a range of our products through Butcher Baker Grocer on their website and they deliver to the Redlands district and outer Brisbane.

When is Australian Wildflour Pastry Open?

Our store front is open from

8am-1.30pm Thursday

7.30am-1.30pm Friday

8am-1pm Saturday’s

Online we are open 24/7 for orders placed between Saturday to Thursday. Each product has a minimum order time required to fulfil your order. Please read in the product description the time needed as if its ordered before the time required there may be a chance your order can not be completed.

Orders for weekly Saturday collection close each Thursday night which allows us to bake fresh for you.

Can I amend my Order?

Order changes can be accommodated however required changes are to communicated to us before 5:00 pm Thursday before orders close. To add / change items, you will need to get in touch with us. Payments and price difference for additional / changed items is required via our website.

Can I cancel my Order?

Orders can be cancelled, and a refund can be processed only if cancellation is done before 5:00 pm Thursdays before orders are closed. Refunds take up to 5 working days to be processed.

We cannot cancel / refund any orders that have been dispatched or produced.

This does not apply to extremely busy times and special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Easter. If stock has been produced or allocated as a Custom Order you cannot cancel.

Can I get a refund?


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can not accommodate returns or refunds unless it matches one of the reasons listed below:

If we are in error and provide an incorrect product, please contact us by email or phone within 3 hours of receiving your order.

Australian Wildflour Pastry Co is proud to offer our customers quality products, however in the unlikely instance that a product is in some way faulty or damaged through the conduct of AWPC, we will replace it at no additional expense. Contact us by phone or email in any such instances.

We are unable to exchange or refund products that have been ordered incorrectly or if you have a change of mind about chosen product(s) for any reason.

Is there a minimum spend?

No there is no minimum amount you need to spend with us.

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes! For orders requiring specific dates please get in touch with us via our Contact page to arrange the dates required.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If specific items were missing from your order, we will refund you for those items. Upon pick up we will go through the order at the time of collection to ensure this does not happen.
