Gluten Dairy Egg Free and Low Fodmap. None of this commercial sausage paste crap, just real meat n veg! Taste the difference. These are sold baked and frozen as a heat and eat at home option. You can pre order them here or pick them up in store from our heat n eat shop freezer.

Heating Instructions are as follows- Allow pastries to defrost. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds to take the chill off. Pre heat you oven to 175c and heat your sausage roll for 22-25 min.
